Privacy, terms and cookies.

The governing notices and policies for the Aktyvus website and services, together in one place.

Privacy notice

How Aktyvus handles information you provide through our website and services.

Who we are and how to reach us

Gabber Corporate Advisory LLC operates this website under the Aktyvus Group name. For privacy questions or requests, email info@aktyvus.co.uk. This notice covers the public Aktyvus website and the related enquiry, resource and account journeys.

Information we receive

When you contact us, request a Growth plan or resource, book a consultation, register, or buy a service, you may provide your name, email, organisation, contact details, selected services, messages and transaction information. We also receive technical and security information needed to operate the site, such as request time, browser context and IP address. Optional measurement data is collected only under the cookie choices described below.

Why we use it

We use your information to answer enquiries, deliver requested plans and resources, manage our CRM and follow-up, provide services and account access, process payments and records, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not treat a resource request or estimate as consent to unrelated marketing. Where we send optional marketing, we use a separate applicable permission and provide a way to stop it.

How we decide whether processing is allowed

Depending on the activity and applicable law, processing may be necessary to respond to steps you request before a contract, perform an agreement, meet a legal duty, pursue legitimate interests such as security and relevant business follow-up, or rely on your consent for optional cookies and marketing where required. You can withdraw consent for future optional processing without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Who receives information

Authorised Aktyvus staff and service providers may access only the information needed for their work. Providers may include hosting, email delivery, file storage, booking, payment and analytics services. A payment provider handles payment details under its own terms; we do not publish your private files or client records as public resources. We do not sell enquiry data.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of the relationship, unanswered requests, security investigation, tax and accounting duties, and potential legal claims. When a purpose ends, we delete or anonymise data unless another applicable obligation requires retention. Write to us for the criteria relevant to your records.

Transfers and security

Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where transfer rules apply, we assess the destination and use the protections required for that transfer. We use access controls, private storage, security monitoring and other administrative and technical measures, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain uses. You can change optional cookie choices from Cookie settings in the footer and stop optional marketing using its instructions. Contact info@aktyvus.co.uk to exercise a right or ask a question. If UK data-protection law applies and you remain dissatisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Website terms

The conditions for using public Aktyvus information, tools and resources.

Operator and scope

This website is operated by Gabber Corporate Advisory LLC under the Aktyvus Group name. These terms apply to public pages, tools and downloadable resources. Services, Academy purchases, Portal accounts and client engagements may also have specific terms presented before an order or agreement.

Information and estimates

Website material is general information. A Growth planner range is an indicative scope and cost estimate based on the choices entered and the published assumptions shown with it. It is not an accepted quote, a binding offer, or a promise of results. We confirm scope, price, timing and responsibilities in a separate written agreement before paid work begins.

Professional and third-party decisions

Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. Banking, payment, advertising, platform and government providers make their own decisions. Guidance and preparation do not guarantee eligibility, approval, access, ranking, leads or revenue. Obtain advice from qualified professionals for regulated matters.

Responsible use

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with access, security, other users' data or the delivery of requested resources. Personal resource links are for the intended recipient; sharing a link may give another person access to that resource. We may limit abusive automated requests or disable a compromised link.

Content and external links

Unless stated otherwise, Aktyvus owns or licenses the text, design and resources on this site. You may use a resource for its stated purpose, but must not present it as your own product or remove attribution. External sites and providers have their own terms and privacy practices; review them before using their services.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the website available and accurate, but may update or withdraw public material, features or resource links. Changes to these website terms appear on this page. A separately signed client agreement is not silently changed by an update to this page.

Contact

For a question about these terms, contact info@aktyvus.co.uk. If a purchase or service has its own agreed terms, refer to those terms for the relevant cancellation, payment and dispute process.

Cookie notice

Essential and optional browser storage on the Aktyvus website.

What cookies and similar tools do

Cookies and similar browser storage can remember a choice, protect a form, measure a visit, or support advertising. Some technologies may be operated by third-party providers. We separate essential functions from optional analytics and marketing choices.

Essential functions

Essential storage supports site security, form protection, session continuity and remembering your cookie choice. This includes the Django CSRF protection cookie and Aktyvus consent preference. The site uses these functions without enabling optional measurement.

Optional analytics

If you allow Analytics, configured measurement tools such as Google Analytics may collect information about pages viewed, browser and device context, referrals and journeys. These tools are not loaded for this category before you choose to allow it. Their own cookie names and lifetimes can change with provider configuration.

Optional marketing

If you allow Marketing, configured tools such as Meta Pixel may receive visit and conversion-event information to help assess campaigns. This category remains off until you allow it. Choosing Essential only leaves Analytics and Marketing disabled.

Changing your choice

Use Cookie settings in the website footer to review or change your choice at any time. Withdrawing a category stops future optional tracking and removes accessible Aktyvus-domain cookies for that category. Browser controls can also clear stored cookies; third-party providers may have their own controls.
