Try one international sales conversation.

A fictional client writes: “Can you send a proposal by tomorrow?” You have not yet learned what outcome they need. Write a short response to clarify the work before offering a price.

Your task

Write three sentences: acknowledge the request, ask one question that changes the scope, and suggest a specific next step. Avoid claiming capacity or promising a result you have not checked.

This is a practice space. Your response is not submitted or saved.

Reveal a suggested response

“Thanks for reaching out. To make the proposal useful, which reporting problem needs to change first, and who will use the result? If you can share a current example, I can review it and suggest a short scoping call tomorrow.”

Check your answer

Practise asking a useful question before pricing work. Compare your response and check what it makes clear.
